Investigation on the knowledge of disaster medicine among doctors of a certain tertiary first class hospital

目的调查某三甲医院医师灾难医学知识的识记情况。方法采用整体抽样的方法,通过发放自行设计的调查问卷,然后对调查结果进行统计分析。结果总体而言,各级医师对灾难基本知识、灾难医疗救援知识、灾后危重伤员救援等方面的情况掌握较好,但对灾后心理危机的相关知识掌握情况欠佳。初级专业技术职称医师在灾难医学知识的理论方面掌握较好,中、高级职称医师在灾难医疗救援实践中表现较好,急诊科医师对灾难医学知识掌握较好。结论调查说明目前对于灾难医学知识的继续医学教育还应该加强,高年资医师应加强对灾难医学知识方面的更新。

Objective To investigate the learning and knowledge about disaster medicine among doctors in a certain tertiary first class hospital. Methods Random cluster sampling method was used in the investigation and self-designed questionnaires were issued to medical personnel in the hospital, and then, statistical analysis was made. Results On the whole, it must be admitted that all the doctors had a fairly good mastery of the basic knowledge on disasters, disaster medical aid, and medical care of critical patients following disasters. However, their knowledge related to the management of emotional crisis following disasters was not so satisfactory. Junior professional doctors had a fairly good mastery of disaster medical knowledge theoretically, while medium and senior professional doctors obviously showed a better manifestation in practical disaster medical aid, and doctors from emergency department had a much better knowledge about disaster medicine. Conclusion Our investigation indicates that continued medical education about disaster medical knowledge should be enhanced, and senior doctors should make greater efforts to renew their knowledge on disaster medicine.
