摘要
针对以往考虑污垢增长的柔性换热器网络(HEN)综合方法计算复杂、求解难度大等问题,提出了改进措施:首先简化由虚拟温焓图法得到的污垢热阻最大时的换热器网络结构,通过Excel中单变量求解函数对制约换热的因素进行调整来保证换热约束和降低总费用;然后应用遗传/模拟退火算法优化网络的换热面积。采用实例研究对该方法进行验证,结果表明:该方法在节省年度总费用的同时,有效地降低了计算复杂度,提高了计算效率。
An improved method, which can synthesize a flexible Heat Exchanger Network (HEN) with fouling growth, is presented in this paper. First, the structure of HEN based on pseudo-T-H diagram approach at the maximum fouling thermal resistance is simplified with cost decreasing under given constraint conditions of heat transfer. This can be obtained by using one-variable function in Excel. Then the over-synthesis area of heat transfer is optimized by using parallelized GA/SA (Genetic/Simulated Annealing Algorithms). This method can save the cost and the computation time is cut significantly by reducing the calculated amount, comparing with former works. An example is solved to illustrate the validity and advantages of the method proposed.
