摘要
阐述了新型定向钻杆接头HLBT-8A的基本结构和设计思想,并对该新型钻杆接头的最大屈服上扣扭矩进行了近似计算,运用有限元方法对该接头的上扣性能进行了分析,重点分析了主台肩、副台肩及螺纹所分担扭矩的情况,得到了该接头上扣扭矩-圈数曲线图,并通过全尺寸试验进行了验证。计算和试验结果表明,该接头具有先进的螺纹形式和合理的扭矩台肩结构,具有优良的抗扭性能、合理的应力分布,研究结果可以为开发更多适合工程实际需求的特殊螺纹钻杆接头提供参考。
The structure and design methods of a new premium-threaded high torque drill pipe connection HLBT-SA are described in this paper. The maximum yield make-up torque of the new tool joint was calculated approximately. By using the finite elements method, the threading-up characteristics of the connection were analyzed, especially the torque taken by main shoulder, deputy shoulder and thread. Finally, the make-up torque-turns curve was obtained, and it is verified by the full scale test. Calculation and testing results show that this new type tool joint has the advanced thread form, reasonable structure of shoulders, excellent torsion capacity, and reasonable stress distribution. It is helpful for the development of special thread drill pipe connection to meet the engineering acquirement.
