Research and Development of Dynamic Filter for High-Tower Compound Fertilizer Melt

针对高塔复合肥熔体造粒工艺中所用的差动造粒装置经常出现的堵塞问题,研发了1套动态过滤装置。该装置经完善后,使造粒喷头的连续工作时间得以大幅延长,成品合格率得到保障。

As plugging frequently occurs compound fertilizer melt prilling process, a set unit the continuous working time of the prilling in the differential prilling unit used in the high-tower of dynamic filter is developed. After perfection of the nozzle is prolonged by a big margin, and the yield of the product is ensured.
