熟石灰碳化精制煤球定量给料系统的设计

摘要 传统的石灰碳化煤球生产存在污染大、损耗和煤球质量波动较大的问题。改为熟石灰碳化工艺精制煤球生产线后,灰仓底设有出料口,采用变频调速器控制单管螺旋给料机定量给料,用冲板流量计计量的熟石灰与电磁流量计计量的水混合加湿后形成的配型熟石灰输送至原有的混料输送带,与原料煤混合后进行制球。该给料系统实现了连续均匀给料和准确称量,不仅处理效果较好、劳动强度低,而且无环境污染。 In the conventional production of lime-carbonized coal briquet there are problems of heavy pollution, great loss and large fluctuation in briquet quality. After the adoption of the slaked lime carbonization process for refining the briquet, an ash bin is set up at the discharge end, a frequency controller is installed to govern the single-tube spiral feeder for constant weight feeding, an impact flowmeter is used for measuring slaked lime and an electromagnetic flow meter for measuring water, they are mixed and humidified to form compounded slaked lime to be sent to the existing blender conveyer, and after mixing with the feed coal it is made into briquets. The feeding system realizes continuous uniform feeding and accurate weighing, not only good in handing, low in labor intensity but also free from envirnomental pollution.
