摘要
介绍了一种利用地面三维激光扫描技术来辅助建设工程的规划竣工核实的技术路线。研究了内业数据处理的相关技术,详细介绍了微地形提取流程和规划竣工核实的主体建筑物立面轮廓特征线提取技术。利用从点云数据中提取的相关特征,采取交互式建模的方式进行三维建构筑物建模,最后将地面三维激光扫描的成果整合到三维规划竣工核实应用中。
This paper introduces a terrestrial 3D laser scanning technology to aid in the verification of completed building planning. Research the data processing technology of indoor work,described in detail the technical solntions of the three- dimensional tiny terrain reconstruction and building outline extraction. And use point cloud data to extract relevant features,take a method of interactive modeling for the 3D building structures modeling. Finally, integrate the results of terrestrial 3D scanning to the three- dimensional verification of completed building planning application.
