在充分吸收已有相关研究成果的基础上,根据济南市实际情况及公众需求,提出了触摸式便民服务信息屏查询系统的总体架构及技术方案,总结了系统开发过程中的关键技术;目前系统已经在合作公司提供的触摸屏硬件上正常运行,提供服务,达到方便民众查询信息,宣传泉城的目的。
