国土二调应用坐标系统转换方法与精度分析

摘要 为了实现国土二调数据成果的共享与全国性无缝拼接、做到不重不漏,国土资源部要求各地的二调成果库统一在1980西安坐标系框架之下。因此,不同坐标系统坐标转换的问题也越来越突出。目前解决空间直角坐标的基准转换问题主要采用七参数法,但是这种方法存在精度低且不均等的问题。本文通过对东北某地原始数据的处理及分析比较,探讨利用九参数法提高坐标转换精度的可能性。 In order to realize the data results' sharing and national joining together seamlessly in the Second Nation- al Land Survey, neither repeat nor omissions, The Ministry of Land and Resources require that achievement database all over the country must be unified in the Xihn Geodetic Coordinate System 1980. Therefore ,the problem about different co- ordinates system coordinate transformation is more and more outstanding. At present, the main method of solving the prob- lem that the datum transformation of space right - angle coordinate is seven - parameter method. However, this method has faults : Low accuracy and inequality. This article through processing and comparative analysis of the primitive data in northeastern somewhere, and discusses the possibility of using nine - parameter method to improve the precision of coordi- nate transformation, which will have played a very important significance for future development of the measurement work.
