摘要
房产测量的建筑面积计算过程中,有几种特殊建筑面积的计算在《规范》中难以找到明确的规则,而这几种特殊建筑构造正普遍出现在设计图纸中,没有统一的计算规则势必给测绘工作带来隐患。文章结合作者在房产测量中的实践积累,对这几种特殊建筑面积的计算方法进行了探讨。
