摘要
发展性评价通过提取信息——分析信息——调整方案的步骤对课堂教学进行持续的、多元的、个性化的价值判断,为实现课堂的最大效应提供全面的支持。基于这一理念将发展性评价运用于英语专业口语教学中,遵循自我认知—任务反馈—个性发展的循环往复的评价模式,设计系统的评价体系,引导学生设定个性化课程目标,多渠道反思学习过程,选择适宜的学习任务,实现口语学习的科学性、主动性和个性化发展。
Through the process of gathering and interpreting information and taking action,formative assessment functions as an evaluation tool of classroom teaching and learning in a continuous,comprehensive and individualized way,providing support for the best effect of classroom learning.Based on the principle of formative assessment,we applied it to the teaching of English majors in the class of Public Speaking,and designed a systematic formative assessment comprising the circularity of self-reflection,assignment feedback and individualized development,which led the student to make personalized course object,reflect on their learning with feedbacks from all participants in the classroom,and select customized tasks.The application has proved to create a more scientific,initiative and individualized classroom teaching and learning.
