Traffic Demand Forecast Method Based on Land Use in the New Area

传统的交通需求预测方法需要经济、人口、岗位等基础数据,不适用于城市新建区域,本文通过分析交通需求与土地利用之间的内在联系,以兰州新区为实例,探讨基于土地利用的交通需求预测方法在新建区域中的应用。

The traditional methods of traffic demand forecast needs the economy,population,jobs,and other basic data,that does not apply to new urban areas.By analyzing the intrinsic link between traffic demand and land use,and for instance to the Lanzhou New Area,this article investigates the traffic demand forecast method based on land use in the new area.
