丁苯酞软胶囊治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效

Clinical curative effect of butylphthalide soft capsules on vascular dementia

目的探讨丁苯酞软胶囊治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法将100例血管性痴呆患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各50例,均予以常规内科治疗,治疗组加服丁苯酞软胶囊,0.2 g/次,3次/d;对照组服用甲磺酸双氢麦角碱片,1 mg/次,3次/d。疗程均为12 w。治疗前后进行疗效评定。结果治疗组治疗后MMSE评分、临床痴呆程度量表(CDR)评分、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分及听觉诱发电位P300与对照组治疗后比较,均有显著改善(P<0.01),治愈率及总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论丁苯酞软胶囊明显改善血管性痴呆患者的症状,且安全有效,无严重不良反应。

Objective To discuss the clinical curative effects of butylphthalide soft capsules on vascular dementia. Methods One hundred patients with vascular dementia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 50 ones in each group. All patients received the conventional medical treatment. The ones in the treatment group also took the butylphthalide soft capsules 200 mg at one time and 3 times a day, and those in the control group took co - dergocrine mesilate 1 mg at one time and 3 times a day for 12 weeks,respectively. Evaluation of curative effect was made before and after the treatment. Results The MMSE, CDR, and ADL scores and auditory evoked potential P300 of the treatment group were all improved after the treatment compared with those of the control group（ P 〈0.01 ）. And the cure rate and total effective rate were all significantly higher than those of the control （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Butylphthalide soft capsules can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with vascular dementia without severe adverse reaction,which is safe and effective.
