摘要
近年来,中国对外直接投资持续快速增长,投资对象遍布全球,其中对亚洲各国(地区)的投资最为集中,尤其对日本的直接投资增速较快。为了确保对日本直接投资取得更好的经济效益,中国企业应在充分了解日本外国投资政策的基础上,以发挥比较优势绕开贸易壁垒、扩大产业内垂直贸易规模、获取先进的生产技术和管理经验为动机,相应地采取稳定市场型、追求知识型和注重研发型的直接投资策略。
In recent years, China＇ s foreign direct investment keeps the sustainable and fast growth and investment objects spread ＇all over the world, in which the investments are mostly focused on nations in Asia, especially to Japan. To ensure to get better economic effects of FDI to Japan, China should develop comparative advantage to steer clear of trade barrier, enlarge intra-industry vertical trade scale and obtain advanced productive technologies and management experiences on the basis of knowing Japanese foreign investment policies, so as to adopt such tactics of direct investment as stabilizing market, seeking knowledge and emphasizing research and development.
