摘要
在系统功能语言学三大新发展之一的协商系统指导下,对中国普法语篇典型代表的电视普法节目《今日说法》进行定性与定量分析,揭示了普法语篇"断言陈述为主,情态协商为辅"的黄金比例,归纳出了不同量值情态成分与协商空间的反比关系,同时在宏观上论证了协商系统对语篇分析强大的理论指导性与可操作性。
The analysis of Legal Report from the negotiation perspective of systemic-functional linguistics with the research methods of qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis and induction, seeks out the golden portion of the law-pronulgatiug discourse, viz.supplementaD negotition of modalty based on deelarative statements as well as the inverse propotiion between the scales of the modality and the space pf negotiation, als proves its mighty theoretical instruction on discourse analysis from the macro-perspective.
