摘要
研究以教师专业化理论为指导,通过对湖北省襄阳、随州两市中等职业教育教师专业化发展现状的实证调查和分析,认为:中等职业教育教师队伍的数量和结构、职前教育和职后培训以及教师的现实工作状况不能适应中等职业教育持续健康发展的需要;影响和制约中等职业教育教师专业化发展的主要因素包括政策制度、工作环境、客观条件、教师个体和职业预期等五个方面;促进中等职业教育教师专业化发展应当明确中等职业教育教师专业化发展的目标、构建中等职业教育教师专业化培养体系、完善教师资格制度和评价制度、加大中等职业教育投入、创新体制机制。
Based on the survey of professional development of teachers from Xiangyang and Suizhou secondary vocational education schools, it holds that teacher' s quantity, structure, pre - service education, in - service education and present working situation can not meet the need of secondary vocational education' s healthy development. Many factors limit the development, they are policies, working environment, objective conditions, teachers themselves and career expectation. In future, we should establish the goal clearly, construct the training system, perfect the system of teaching qualification and evalution, increase the educational input and innovate system of organization.
