摘要
为提高翻译人才培养质量,翻译教学模式和教学方法的改革势在必行。文章探讨了以"学生为中心"的合作式、批评式教学模式对提高学习者翻译能力的可行性和有效性。研究表明,合作式、批评式翻译教学模式能够有效激发学生学习兴趣,培养其批判性思考和分析问题的能力以及团队协作能力,使学生成为翻译教学活动的积极参与者和翻译知识与翻译策略、技巧的探究者和主动建构者,能够有效提高学生翻译能力。
To improve the quality of translator training, it is imperative to reform the model and method of trans- lation teaching. The article has explored the feasibility and effectiveness of the student - centered cooperative and critical model of translation teaching in terms of enhancing learners' translation competence. The study indicates that cooperative and critical model of translation teaching can effectively stimulate students' interest in learning and foster their ability in critical thinking and analyzing issues; meanwhile, it is shown that the model can also train students' collaborative working in team. Under such a model, students become active participants in tranlation teaching activities and are the explorers and initiative constructors of translation knowledge, strategies and techniques, and hence can improve their translation competence.
