摘要
应用因子分析的 R-型与 Q-型方法对39个冬小麦品系材料的10个数量性状进行了研究和分类。R-型因子分析的结果表明,可用5个主因子来表示10个性状,其方差贡献占87.63%,经过正交旋转,第一正交因子反映了植株高度信息,具有稳定的遗传性;第二正交因子反映了主穗粒数的多少是植株的变异特征。Q-型因子分析结果表明,供试材料基本上属于同一生态型,主因子 F_1的方差贡献占86.80%,反映了材料的共同性;主因子 F_2则反映了材料间的差异性,经过正交旋转,可以更直接地了解材料间的关系。
Dealt with the application of R type and Q-type factor analysis methods to the studies on 10 quantity characters of 39 winter wheat varieties, and classified the materials used.The results of R-type factor analysis showed that it can summarize the 10 characters with 5 principle factors on the level of 87.63% variance contribution.After varimax orthogonal rotation,it seems that the first principle factor represent the information of winter wheat height which inherit stably and the second principle factor represent the information of grain number per spike which is aimportant variable charactorof winter wheat varieties.The results of Q-type factor analysis suggested that all winter wheat varieties used belong to the same ecotype and the first principle factor F_1 express the generality of all samples which has 86.80% variance contribution,but the second principle factor F_2 express the difference of all samples.After varimax orthogonal rotation,the relationships among the varieties are more obvious.
