基于TG/DTA技术研究烟酰胺的热解行为

摘要 利用热重差热综合热分析仪(TG/DTA),在不同升温速率(5,10,15 and 20℃/min)下,采用Freeman-Carroll、Kissinger和Flynn-Wall-Ozawa三种热分析方法,对烟酰胺的热行为及其热分解的动力学参数进行了研究。结果表明,烟酰胺的热行为包括熔融和分解两个阶段,测得烟酰胺的熔点Tm、熔融焓ΔHm和熔融熵ΔSm分别为(127.9±0.18)℃、(21.28±0.33)kJ.mol-1和(53.08±0.84)J.mol-1.K-1;其热解反应的动力学方程为:dα/dt=1.118×1011[exp(-(88.07±1.68)×103/RT)](1-α)(0.37±0.03)。 The thermal behavior and kinetic parameters of the decomposition of nicotinamide in a temperature-programmed mode at different heating rate(5,10,15 and 20℃/min) have been investigated based on Freeman-Carroll、Kissinger and Flynn-Wall-Ozawa methods by TG/ DTA.The results show that nicotinamide contains fusion and decomposition process.Melting point,molar enthalpy and entropy of fusion of nicotinamide were examined to be(127.9±0.18)℃,(21.28±0.33)kJ·mol-1 and(53.08±0.84)J·mol-1·K-1 respectively.The kinetic equation of thermol decomposition of nicotinamide is expressed as:dα/dt=1.118×1011[exp(-(81.29±2.08)×103/RT)](1-α)(0.37±0.03).
