摘要
研究了以水为提取剂从油茶饼粕中提取茶籽多糖的工艺条件。通过试验确定了从油茶饼粕中提取茶籽多糖的最佳工艺条件为回流温度75℃,料液比1∶9g/mL,回流时间2.0 h,在此工艺条件下茶籽多糖提取率为2.56%。
The craft condition of Camellia Oleifera seed polysaccharides extraction from Camellia Oleifera cake by water was studied in the paper.The optimum craft condition was confirmed that the refluxing temperature was 75 ℃,the ratio of Camellia Oleifera cake to solvent was 1∶9g/mL and the refluxing time was 2.0 h.The extraction yield of Camellia Oleifera seed polysaccharides reached 2.56%.
