几类茎叶处理除草剂对远志的安全性评价 被引量:1

Safety Evaluation on Several Herbicides in Polygala Field

摘要 根据远志的生物学特性,初步选用几类化学除草剂在远志田进行安全性试验,通过研究除草剂对远志幼苗叶绿素含量、荧光参数Y(II)、ETR等的影响,筛选安全、高效的远志化学防除的除草剂。结果表明,芳氧苯氧丙酸类和环己烯酮类除草剂的处理浓度小于4倍推荐剂量时对远志的生长状况、叶片SPAD值和叶绿素荧光参数Y(II)、ETR等都没有影响,无药害症状产生,高浓度处理(6倍推荐剂量)对远志叶片SPAD值和Y(II)、ETR有一定影响,但未产生药害,表明这两类除草剂中的骠马、精喹禾灵、喹禾灵、高盖以及己烯酮类的收乐通对远志是安全的,可用于远志田的化学除草。磺酰脲类、苯氧羧酸类和二苯醚类处理后均产生明显药害症状,不能用于远志田化学除草。 According to biological characteristics of Polygala tenuifolia Willd. (Polygala), several types of herbicides were applied to conduct field trials and to screen the safe and efficient herbicides in Polygala field. The results showed that there was no difference for growth, SPAD values, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Y (II), ETR in Polyga- la leaves when the concentration of aryloxyphenoxy-propionates and cyclohexanediones herbicide were less than four times of the recommended dose. The treatment of 6 times of the recommended dose slightly influenced on SPAD val- ues, Y (II) and ETR, while there was no phytotoxicity symptoms of Polygala exposed to this dose. These indicated that the two types of herbicides of puma, quizalofop, quizalofop-p-ethyl, quizalofop and paraquat are safe for Polyga- la. Sulfonytureas, phenoxy-carboxytic-acids and diphenylethers were not used for chemical weeding in Polygala field because obvious phytotoxicity symptoms appeared in Polygala leaves after treated with those herbicides.
