摘要
阜康市四工河河道两岸多年遭受洪水的严重侵蚀破坏,直接危及到了下游引水干渠、耕地和村庄的安全。2010年对该段河道进行了综合整治,险工治理主要采取护岸及河道裁弯取直及护坡等工程措施。经水文计算结果和对实地情况进行分析,决定护岸工程主要采用浆砌石导流堤进行平顺护岸,其中浆砌石护坡是工程设计中的主要内容。该工程当年年底竣工。经过近一年的运行,整治效果明显,根治了水患,取得了明显的防洪效益,验证了工程设计的合理性。
The Sigong River in Fukang city has been eroded by flood damage for many years. It directly threatens the safety of downstream water diversion channels, farmlands and villages. Comprehensive improvement to the river was conducted in 2010. Measures had been taken in protecting bank and slopes, and straightening river course. Based on the hydrological results and practical analysis, decisions about constructing diversion dike had been made in bank pro- tection works. The main content of the engineering project was stone pitching. This project had been completed in the end of 2010. After nearly a year of operation, the regulation effect was obvious. The flooding was eliminated and the benefit in flood control was significant. The rationality of the project design was also verified.
