石韦配子体发育的观察

摘要 通过人工培养,记录了石韦(Pyrrosialingua)配子体发育的详细过程。孢子单裂缝,两侧对称,表面有瘤状突起;丝状体一般为2~4个细胞;幼原叶体为偏心形,成熟原叶体心形;片状体时期出现毛状体,原叶体发育类型为三叉蕨型;毛状体着生基细胞形态多样;约60d性器成熟。 The fern Pyrrosia lingua was cultured artificially, and the whole development course of its gametophyte was observed and recorded. Its spores are monolete and bilateral, with their surface tuberculate; the germ filament develops 2 -4 cells; young prothalli are dissymmetrically cordiform, mature prothallus cordate; the trichomes occur in the platellite, and the development of prothallus is of the Aspidium-type; the shape of basal cells of trichomes are diverse; sexual organs mature in about 60 days.
