经阴道三维子宫输卵管超声造影在不孕症中的应用价值 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨经阴道三维子宫输卵管超声造影评价输卵管通畅性在不孕症中的临床应用价值。方法对51例不孕症妇女,以SonoVue为超声造影剂,经阴道超声造影实时观察造影剂在输卵管内充盈情况,并采用经阴道三维超声造影重建技术评估输卵管通畅性。患者中4例因宫外孕切除一侧输卵管,1例有宫外孕保守治疗史。结果 51例患者98条输卵管经阴道超声三维重建显示,输卵管通畅66条,输卵管通而不畅17条,输卵管阻塞15条。结论经阴道三维子宫输卵管超声造影可直观、全面地显示输卵管的空间走向,能快速、准确地判断输卵管的通畅性,且安全、易行,可作为评价不孕症患者输卵管通畅性的首选检查。
