摘要
目的:探究手术治疗结合中医辨证论治治疗pilon骨折的临床疗效。方法:12例pilon骨折均选取延期手术结合中医辨证施治中药内服、外敷、熏洗治疗。结果:所有病例均获得随访,随访时间6-10个月,平均8个月,均达骨性愈合,骨折平均愈合时间为3-4个月,其中1例出现切口浅表感染。术后按Mazure等[1]制定的踝关节症状与评分系统进行评估,本组优6,良4,可1,差1,优良率83.3%。结果:手术治疗结合中医辨证论治治疗pilon骨折,能减少并发症发生,促进踝关节功能,是治疗pilon骨折的理想方法之一。
Purpose：Explore surgical treatment of TCM Syndrome differentiation and treatment with the clinical curative effect of pilon frac- tures. Methods：12 cases wei＇e selected pilon fracture extension with Chinese medicine dialectical executes operation, apply orally, fumigation treatment. Results：All the cases, follow-up of 6-10 months, average 8 months of osseous healing, on average, fracture healing time is 3-4 months, including 1 cases appeared superficial infection incision. After Mazure etc. According tol set of sYmptoms and grading system ankle group, the optimal evaluation, the results excellent in6,good in 4,fair in 1,poor in 1. conclusion：Surgical treatment with TCM syndrome differenti- ation and treatment pilon fractures, can reduce the complications, promote the ankle fractures treated pilon functions, is one of the ideal method.
