摘要
以上海轨道交通某盾构法施工区间中盾构姿态控制为例,介绍了盾构姿态控制的技术要求,分析了始发架、土体、管片姿态、注浆等对盾构姿态控制的影响,并建立数学模型量化分析了盾构姿态对管片姿态的影响,说明盾构姿态和管片姿态是相辅相成,互相影响。
On the basis of some shield region construction of underground in shanghai city,the paper simply introduces the technical requirements of controlling the shielding postures,and analyzes the influence of initial frame,soil,tunnel segment postures,grouting on the shielding postures.At the same time it makes some mathematical models to quantitatively ana lyze the influence which the shielding postures influence on the tunnel segment postures.The result explain is the shielding postures and the tunnel segment postures influence each other.
