摘要
分析了高电压电路中IGBT串联运行时导致端电压静态和动态不均衡的各种原因。设计了一种有源缓冲均压电路,并通过MATLAB/SIMULINK进行了仿真研究,仿真结果验证了所设计电路的可行性。
The paper analyzes various reasons that result in dynamic and static of the terminal voltage are disproportion when IGBT in high voltage circuits works in series.A kind of active buffer,voltage-sharing circuit has been designed.The simulation research has been carried out by MATLAB/SIMULINN.The result shows that the circuit to be design is feasibility.
