摘要 HGIS(Hypid GIS)是一种介于GIS和AIS之间的新型高压开关设备。但其断路器采用的OM-3型液压操作机构出现的问题相对较多,特别是频繁打压的问题尤其多。造成机构频繁打压的主要原因有分合闸阀漏压、U形油管安装不合理和一般渗漏油。断路器液压传动机构的密封性和油中是否存在气泡,关系着开关的正常分合闸,是判断液压机构质量好坏的关键因素。由于一般渗漏油缺陷较易处理,本文着重对前两种缺陷的分析和处理进行介绍,并指出分合闸阀工艺并未改进,需对机构运行情况进行跟踪。 HGIS,that is hypid GIS is a new high voltage switchgear between GIS and AIS,but OM-3Type hydraulic operating mechanism of its circuit breaker has produced more problems,especially in frequent bulge.The main reasons for frequent bulge are breaking and making valve decompression,unreasonable U-shaped oil pipe installation and ordinary percolation oil.Tighness of the hydraulic gear of the circuit breaker or,the bubble in oil decide normal breaking and making of the circuit breaker,which is a key factor to judge the good from the bad of the hydraulic medianism quality.Because ordinary percolation oil can easily be settled,the paper presents the above-mentioned two faults.
