摘要
以烟草幼嫩叶片为外植体,研究了不同浓度NAA和6-BA对烟草芽器官的影响。结果表明:在MS+6-BA 0.50mg/L+NAA 0.50 mg/L培养基上,烟草叶叶块的出芽率、每叶块的出芽个数及芽的生长最好,同时还发现较高浓度的NAA对芽的进一步生长有抑制作用。
Taking Nicotiana tabacum young leaves as explants. Effects of different concentrations of NAA and 6-BA on the Nicotiana tabacum bud organs were studied. The results showed that the best to sprouting rate of tobacco leaves, the number of each sprouting leaves and bud growth was MS+0.50 mg/L 6-BA+0.50 mg/L NAA. Higher concentrations of NAA inhibited on bud growth.
