基于AHP方法的开发区土地集约利用评价研究——以宁夏回族自治区为例

An Evaluation of Land Intensive Use in City Development Zones Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process-with Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region as a Case

依据国土资源部下发的《开发区土地集约利用评价规程》,以宁夏回族自治区某省级开发区———S县开发区为例,对S县开发区的土地利用状况、用地效益及管理绩效3大层次、13个具体指标进行了调查,构建了土地集约利用评价指标体系,运用AHP方法分别确定各层次指标的权重值。结果表明:该开发区的集约度分值为82.50分,评价结果能较准确地反映该开发区的土地集约利用水平。

On the basis of ＂Intensive Land Use Evaluation Procedures for City Development Zone＂ issued by the Ministry of Land Resources of the RPC, 13 indicators in 3 aspects as land use, land use efficiency and management performance of S county development zones were investigated with S county development zones, a provincial development zone of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region as a case. An indices system for intensive land use evaluation is established and the weights of various indices is caculated using the method of AHP. The result shows that the land intensity score for the development zone is 82.50 and the results can accurately reflect the land intensive use level of the development zone.
