太仓市生态环境指标体系研究

Study of Ecological Environment Index System in Taicang City

在研究生态环境指标体系内涵、国家级生态市考核指标的基础上,运用层次分析法从自然环境、社会环境、经济环境3个方面构建太仓市生态环境评价指标体系,通过综合评价值的计算,对2004—2011年的太仓市生态环境发展水平进行定量分析,结果表明,2004—2011年,太仓市生态环境综合评价值分别为0.837 9、0.854 8、0.874 5、0.880 5、0.862 5、0.919 8、0.939 2、0.941 5,整体呈优化发展。该评价结果能够分析太仓市生态环境的发展方向,对太仓市进一步城市化发展过程有着很好的指导作用,为太仓市环境规划与管理提供可靠的依据。

Based on the meaning of the index system and the existing performance assessment indexes of national ecological cities, the ecological environment index, system for Taicang city were established from the three aspects of the natural environment, social environment and economic environment by analytic hierarchy process. The thesis calculated the overall evaluation value and got the quantitative results of the evaluation on Taicang ecological environment development from 2004 to 2011. The comprehensive evaluation value in Taicang city from 2004 to 2011 was 0.837 9, 0.854 8, 0.874 5, 0.880 5, 0.862 5, 0.919 8, 0.939 2 and 0.941 5,respectively,namely showing increasing trend on the whole. The evaluation was able to analyze the direction of development of the ecological environment on Taicang city, guide further development of urbanization and provide a reliable basis for environmental planning and management of Taicang city.
