基于土地发展权视角的农民权益维护对策

Analysis of Rights and Interests of Farmers based on Land Development Right

土地发展权在我国是一个新领域,土地征用和城乡建设用地增减挂钩中,土地发展权往往被忽视,农民的权益得不到应有的保障。对土地发展权的内涵、限制、归属进行了分析,并基于土地发展权视角对农民权益的维护提出了几点建议。

The land development right is a new field in China. In land acquisition and linked to changes in urban and rural construction land, land development rights are often neglected, and the interests of farmers are not protected properly. This paper mainly analyzes the connotation, restriction and attribution of land development rights, and gives some suggestions from the perspective of land development rights to maintain the rights and interests of farmers.
