在介绍宁夏中药产业发展现状的基础上,分析了宁夏中医药产业存在的问题,包括起点较低、缺乏规范化的规模种植标准、专业技术人才和市场管理复合型人才匮乏等,并提出了促进宁夏中医药产业发展的几点建议,包括加大医药产业结构调整力度、提高品牌意识及加强专业技术人才培养等。

Based on the introduction of development situation of Chinese medicine industry in Ningxia, the existing problems of Chinese medicine industry are analyzed in the paper, such as low starting point, the lack of standardized scale planting standards, professional and technical personnel, as well as market management compound personnel. The paper also proposes several suggestions to promote the development of Chinese medicine industry in Ningxia, including increasing the adjustment of pharmaceutical industrial structure, improving brand awareness and strengthening the training of technical personnel.
