摘要
以2001、2006年石家庄市基准地价为例,利用MapGIS的图形处理和库管理2个模块,将各用地类型更新前后的土地级别与基准地价图进行叠加分析,提取级别变化图斑并赋级别属性,客观准确地分析基准地价更新前后的变化幅度。并结合图表进行综合研究,归纳总结基准地价动态变化规律和驱动机制。
Taking MapGIS as technology platform, the variation of standard land price was analyzed objectively and accurately by using graphics processing and database management moduel. We can explore its regulation of changes and driving force through the comprehensive research which was studied by observing the graph. Combined with comprehensive research on chart, the dynamic change regulation and drive mechanism of the standard land price were summarized.
