摘要
目的探讨3D CE-MRA(三维增强MR血管成像)在头颈部动脉开窗畸形中的诊断价值。方法收集行头颈部3D CE-MRA检查患者5284例,确诊动脉开窗畸形患者111例,对原始和减影图像进行容积重组(VR)及最大密度投影(MIP),分析动脉开窗畸形的特点及伴发其他血管性病变等。结果 111例(112处)开窗畸形中,位于基底动脉26处,位于椎动脉41处,位于大脑前动脉37处,位于颈内动脉4处,位于大脑中动脉2处,位于大脑后动脉2处。111例椎基底动脉开窗中,10例伴有颅内动脉瘤。结论 3D CE-MRA能准确诊断显示动脉开窗畸形。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of three-dimensional contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance angiography (3D CE-MRA) in intracranial and cervical artery fenestration. Methods The clinical data of 3D CE-MRA of head and carotid arteries in 5 284 patients were collected, of which 111 patients were diagnosed as artery fenestration. The reconstructed images were processed by maximal intensity projection (MIP) and volume rending (VR) techniques. The imaging feature of intracranial and cervical arteries fenestration and other associated vascular anomalies were analyzed. Results In the 111 patients, 112 fenestrations were detected, including 26 in basilar artery, 41 in vertebral artery, 37 in anterior cerebral artery, 4 in intracranial internal carotid artery, 2 in middle cerebral artery, 2 in posterior cerebral artery. Ten of the 111 patents were complicated with aneurysms. Conclusion 3D CE-MRA can diagnose and display intracranial and cervical arterial fenestration accurately.
