33例结肠癌多层螺旋CT诊断与分析

Diagnosis and analysis of 33 cases of colon cancer with multi-slice spiral CT

目的探讨结肠癌在16排螺旋CT上的直接与间接影像征象。方法回顾性分析33例结肠癌的螺旋CT影像表现。结果结肠癌主要CT表现有肠壁增厚、强化异常、肠腔肿块、肠腔狭窄、肠梗阻、周边外侵、腹腔脏器转移。结论结肠癌因肿瘤生物学行为及所发生部位的不同,其影像表现多样,对特征性影像加以把握,以提高临床诊断的准确率和疾病的检出率。

Objective To investigate the direct and indirect imaging signs of colon cancer on 16-slice spiral CT. Methods The CT manifestations of 33 cases of colon cancer were retrospectively analyzed. Results The main CT manifestations of colon cancer included bowel wall thickening, strengthening abnormity, intestinal mass, intestinal stenosis, intestinal obstruction, peripheral foreign invasion, and abdominal metastases. Conclusion The CT manifestations of colon cancer vary according to the biological behavior and the location of the tumor. Good grasping of the characteristics manifestations can help improve the accuracy rate of clinical diagnosis and the detection rate of disease.
