不同娱乐场所975名女性性工作者梅毒感染情况调查分析

Survey on syphilis infection among female sex workers from different entertainment places

目的了解三亚地区不同娱乐场所女性性工作者梅毒感染情况,以便开展有针对性的综合干预,提高干预效果。方法使用中国性病控制中心编制的《防治性病对预防艾滋病的作用研究》实施方案,对975名不同娱乐场所女性性工作者进行问卷调查并同时作抽血检测。结果高档场所服务小姐梅毒ELISA检测阳性率为3.33%,TRUST检测阳性率为1.80%;中档场所服务小姐梅毒ELISA检测阳性率为7.36%,TRUST检测阳性率2.99%;低档场所服务小姐梅毒ELISA检测阳性率为36.00%,TRUST检测阳性率18.00%。不同娱乐场所服务小姐感染率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),低档场所服务小姐平均年龄大、文化程度低、未接受健康服务比例高、安全套使用率低、梅毒等性病感染率高。结论娱乐场所各档次女性性工作者梅毒感染率存在较大差异,梅毒感染与女性性工作者健康行为特征和安全套的使用率间存在一定的关系。

Objective To investigate the syphilis infection of female sex workers （FSWs） in different entertainment places of Sanya, so as to provide basis for performing comprehensive intervention accordingly and to improve the effect of intervention. Methods Based on ＂the Effect of Venereal Disease Prevention on Aids Prevention＂ issued by China Venereal Disease Control Center, 975 female sex workers from different entertainment places were investigated by questionnaire and＇ blood tests for syphilis. Results The positive rate of syphilis for female sex workers in high-level entertainment places was determined to be 3.33% by ELISA and 1.80% by TRUST test, which was 7.36% and 2.99% in middle-level places, 36.00% and 18.00% in low-level places. There was statistically significant difference in the positive rate of syphilis between different levels of entertainment places （P〈0.01）. Female sex workers in low-level entertainment places tended to have older age, low education level, low utilization rate of condom, and thus have higher incidence of syphilis infection. Condusion The rates of syphilis infection vary in female sex workers （FSWs） of different entertainment plac- es. There is significant correlation among syphilis infection, behavioral of female sex workers and the use of condoms.
