Energy, as the basic power for city＇s development, is the fundament of realizing low-carbon city, and energy saving and emission reduction. This paper mainly focuses on the energy saving and emission reduction of communal facilities, aiming at applying high-tech, energy saving techniques with apparent effects into our city.
