摘要
通过对小麦芽的处理,研究了维生素C对香烟烟雾水溶性成分的作用。试验选择萌发后小麦种子180粒,长势均匀,随机分为6个处理组,每个处理3个重复,每重复10粒。对照组(Ⅵ)为香烟烟雾水溶液,试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ在对照组的基础上分别添加0.01、0.1、0.5、1和5mg.mL-1维生素C,24小时后,观测不同时间小麦芽的萌发情况。试验结果表明:维生素C能缓解香烟烟雾对小麦芽的毒害作用;高剂量的维生素C会降低其对香烟烟雾的缓解作用。
The objective of this research was to study impact of vitamin C on wheat shoot against water--solubility tobacco smoke. 180 budding seeds of uniformity were randomly assigned to six groups, with three replications per group. The control was provided with watersolubility tobacco smoke. Treatments were added 10mg, 100mg, 500mg, 1000rag and 5000mg vitamin C per liter for 24 hours to observed wheat shoot growth results in every 24 hours. Results showed toxic effects of water--solubility tobacco smoke was decreased by vitamin C, but the high concentration of vitamin C weakened detoxification against tobacco smoke
