摘要
本文通过研究分析作者与潍坊恩源信息科技有限公司合作开发的《移动呼叫中心支撑管理系统-企信通系统》,紧密围绕系统中通过对企业的通讯进行实时化、流程化、信息化管理,从而形成全程一站式服务的核心技术,解决了由于数字和网络技术的飞速发展所带来的信息和它的实物载体相分离的问题。从而使集群中的产业关联基础发生了从物质为主向信息技术为主的根本性转变。
The thesis has researched and analyzed mobile call center support management system--enterprise short message system jointly developed by weifang enyuan information technology Co. , Ltd and the author, and conducting the enterprise communication management of real--time, process, informatization. It has formed the core technology covering the whole course with one--stop service, and solved the solution of separation problem between the message and its carriers caused by the rapidly developing digit and network technology, thus rapidly improved the status and function of information technology and radically changed the industrial related basis which was mainly based on the mater and now is mainly based on informa- tion technology.
