中国的生态文明建设必须处理好与工业化的关系,使之既能完成工业化、现代化的任务,又保护生态环境,实现中华民族的永续发展。生态文明建设与新型工业化战略的提出是我党在发展的问题尤其是怎样发展问题上的理论创新和实践方略,二者之间有着内在的统一性和协调发展的理论根据。经过多年的努力,我国为生态文明建设与新型工业化的协调发展创造了必要的现实条件。生态文明建设是一项艰巨的历史任务,必须通过自觉的文明发展之路,从确立有机的生态世界观、价值观和伦理道德观,加快实施主体功能区战略,促进工业化生产方式的生态化转向,推进科技创新和制度创新生态化等方面入手,将生态文明的理念、原则、制度融入经济、政治、文化和社会建设的各方面和全过程。

Chinese ecological civilization must handle well the relationship with industrialization, enabling it not only to complete the tasks of industrialization and modernization, but also protect the ecological environment anal＇ realize sustanable development of the Chinese nation. The proposal for ecological civilization construction and new industrialization strategy is the theoretical innovation and oracticalstrategy on the problems of development, especially the problem of how to develop for our Party, and there are internal unity and coordinated development basis between the two. After decades of efforts, China has created the necessary practical conditions for the construction of ecological civilization and the coordinated development of the new industrialization. Ecological civilization is an arduous historical task, Which must go from being conscious of the way of civilized development, starting from establishing organic ecological worldview, values and ethics morality, accelerating the implementation of the strategy of the main functional areas, promoting industrialization production methods turning to the Ecological one, advancing the ecologiealization of scientific and technological innovation, blend the idea, principle and system of ecological civilization into the whole aspects and process of the economic, political, cultural and social construction.
