海西区中心城市协同发展绩效排序研究

Study on Coordinated Development of the Central City of the West Strait Economic Zone of Performance and Efficiency Ranking

党的十八大报告提出建设生态文明和美丽中国,具有丰富的内涵。把"生态文明建设"与区域发展相结合,构建区域生态文明建设评估指标体系,包括6个一级指标,11个二级指标和59个具体指标的设计方案。为了实现可操作与可评审,提出三级指标直接连接相关职能部门落实到具体单位的设计方式。然后,利用因子分析方法和海西中心城市的数据,对其协同发展绩效进行排序和实证分析。

The report of 18th CPC Party＇s proposed constructing ecological civilization and beautiful China which had rich implication. Combined ＂ecological civilization＂ with regional development , the paper proposed the evaluation index system of regional ecological civilization, the design including six first level indicators, 11 secondary indicators and 59 specific indicators. In order to achieve an operable evaluation, we proposed the design that three indicators directly connected to the implementation of the relevant functional departments. Then,using the factor analysis method and the data of the central city of the west strait economic zone, the paper made an empirical study on the rank of the regional ecological civilization collaborative development performance.
