摘要
通过对2005-2010年广西桂林图书馆查新中心受理的科技查新课题的统计,分析桂林地区科学研究在区域分布、学科类型、科研水平等方面的非均衡性,提出科研项目需要掌握国际研究前沿,重视开展基础性科研,以桂林市科研院所的科研实力带动周边县区的发展,充分发挥科技查新在科研活动的重要作用等建议。
The paper makes a statistical analysis of sci-tech novehy retrieval projects competed by Novelty Evaluation Center of Guilin Library during 2005-2010, and analyzes the disequilibrium of scientific research in geographical distribution, subject distribution, and scientific research level and so on. Accordingly, the author makes recommendations to keep up with the forefront of interna- tional research, pay attention to basic research, promote the development of the counties surrounding with the help of the institutes in Guilin, and take full advantage of the role of sci-tech novelty retrieval on scientific research activities.
