知识管理视角下普通高校图书馆人才激励机制研究

Research on Talent Incentive Mechanism in University Library in the Perspective of Knowledge Management

知识管理是知识经济时代各类社会组织必然选择的管理方式。认为知识管理理念为普通高校图书馆人才激励机制的创新和发展提供了新的视角,对强化普通高校图书馆"以人为中心"的知识管理建设具有现实的指导意义。提出了知识管理对高校图书馆员的角色要求,分析了知识管理视角下普通高校图书馆人才资源激励机制存在的问题,并提出了对策。

Knowledge management is an inevitable choice for all kinds of social organizations in the times of knowledge economy. The paper thinks that KM provides innovation and development of talents incentive mechanism with a fresh perspective, and has realistic directive significance on human-eentric knowledge management construction for university library. It also points out concrete requirements for librarians, analyses the existing problems on incentive mechanism, and proposes countermeasures.
