摘要
为降低福建LNG专用卸料码头钢管桩在海洋环境下的腐蚀速率,延长使用寿命,结合海洋环境腐蚀的机理,分析了码头钢管桩腐蚀的原因及特点。通过分析筛选得出:在阴极保护方法中,牺牲阳极保护法比强制电流保护法投入小、稳定性好,更适用于码头钢管桩阴极保护;在外防腐层方面,涂层防腐由于施工复杂、成本高,不适用码头钢管桩防腐,而外缠聚乙烯防腐带防腐施工方法简单,投入小,对环境污染小,并通过现场实验证明,施工灵活,防腐效果良好。所以采用牺牲阳极保护与外缠新型聚乙烯防腐带联合防腐法较适合福建LNG专用卸料码头钢管桩的防腐。
In order to reduce corrosion rate of steel pipe piles of special LNG unloading terminal in Fujian in marine environment conditions and prolongservice life,analyzed are corrosion reasons and features ofsteel pipes in combination with the corrosion mechanism in marine environment conditions. The analysis results show that investment of sacrificial anode protection method is lower than that of impressed current protection method,the stability of the former is better than the latter. So the sacrificial anode protection method is more suitable to cathodic protection of the steel pipe piles. Corrosion coating is not suitable to corrosion control of the steel pipe piles due to complex construction and high investment and polyethylene tape is better than corrosion coating. Therefore,sacrificial anode protection method combined with polyethylene tape is applied in corrosion control of the steel pipe piles of special LNG unloading terminal in Fujian.
