摘要
提出了采用曲拐式和单点式正位调节装置的悬挂犁的耕宽调节计算方法。用此方法可以模拟计算机构调节量和横向移动量对耕宽变动量及机组工作性能的影响。实例讨论表明,单点式调节器的调节量和横向移动量数值的不同组合对耕宽变动量影响的差异甚大,横向移动量与耕宽变动量之间一般无定比关系;为了获得较大的耕宽变动量与调节量的比值,瞬心夹角应取较小值。
The calculation method on working width adjustment of mounted plow using crank screw or single point adjuster is developed.This method could simulate the influences of the adjusting quantity and the cross remove quantity on working width change and working performance of plowing aggregate.Calculating examples show that the influences of the adjusting quantity and the cross remove quantity on the working width change for single point adjuster are great.But the working width change and the cross remove quantity has usually no proportional relation each other.In order to obtain greater ratio between the working width change and the adjusting quantity,a small included angle of instantaneous center should be taken.
