汽油机燃用汽油酒精混合燃料的试验研究

Experimental Investigation of Gasoline Engine Burning Ethanol-Gasoline Blends

为给汽油机燃用汽油酒精混合燃料的可能性提供理论依据和试验数据,测定了汽油酒精混合燃料的互溶性和蒸馏特性。在不改变或少许改变原机结构的条件下,对 BJ492Q 型汽油机燃用汽油和不同配比的汽油酒精混合燃料的性能进行了台架试验,结果表明燃用酒精容积为10%～20%的混合燃料,汽油机的功率接近原机功率,有效热效率及排放等指标有所改善。

In order to provide theoretic basis and experimental data for gasoline engine using ethanol-gasoline blended fuels,the miscibility and distillability of ethanol-gasoline blends were measured.The performances of BJ492Q gasoline engine burning gasoline and various ratio gasohols with or without a little structure modification were tested on rigs.The result shows that the output of the engine using gasoline blends with 10%-20% ethanol in volume is nearly as high as the output of the normal engine,the effective efficiency and ex- haust pollution are both improved.
