摘要
在实现山东魏桥5个电厂共15台发电机组的远程监控系统的基础上,选取其中一个电厂为例,详细介绍其远程监控系统的实现方案。在每个电厂中,采用和利时LM3108小型PLC做Modbus通讯协议的主站,3个深海DSE7510控制器做Modbus从站,实现LM3108采集3个深海DSE7510控制器的数据,然后通过和利时通讯扩展模块LM3331上传数据到上位机,上位机采用和利时hollyview工业通用组态软件来实现数据的监视和管理。
On the basis of the realization of remote monitoring system in 15 generator sets of the five power plants in Weiqiao, this paper discusses in details the realization scheme of the remote monitoring system taking one of the power plants as in example. In each power plant, LM3108 PLC is adopted as the master station of Modbus,with 3 DSE7510 controllers the passive station of Modbus. The data of three DSE 7510 controllers ac quired by LM3108 are uploaded to the PC through the LM3331 module, which then applies Hollyview industri al general configuration software to realize the data monitoring and management.
