摘要 以水力摩阻手册为基础,通过分析航空发动机外涵道基本结构及流动特点,建立了1套适用于发动机外涵道流阻计算的方法;分析了典型突扩/突收、扩散、摩擦、撞击损失特性和机理,同时对典型结构特征参数的选取原则进行了探讨,确定了适用于发动机外涵道结构特点的特征系数。该方法应用于某型发动机,通过对外涵道典型流路进行区域划分,在分别计算各流路损失系数基础上确定外涵道总的损失系数;外涵道总压损失系数计算结果与试验结果基本一致,验证了方法的有效性。 Based on the Hydraulic Friction Handbook, a set of bypass flow resistance calculation method was established for engine by analyzing the bypass basic structure and flow characteristics. The loss characteristics and mechanism of typical structure such as sudden expansion/contraction, diffusion, friction and impact were analyzed. The parameter selection principle were discussed, which applied to identify engine bypass structure characteristic coefficient. The method was applied to an engine, the loss coefficient of each flow path was calculated and determined through bypass typical flow path in the division. The calculation results of bypass total pressure loss coefficient are consistent with the experimental results, which verified the effectiveness of the method.
