摘要
台架控制系统是航空发动机地面台架试车的重要影响因素之一。针对某型航空发动机地面试车台,从发动机台架电气系统和上位机监控系统2方面介绍了试车台台架控制系统,着重阐述了基于PLC的控制系统在方法上的改进。该系统简化了控制结构,节省了台架资源,增加了试验的安全性和可靠性,已在发动机试车中投入使用。系统运行稳定可靠,安全性高,具有广泛地应用价值。
The important influence factor on aeroengine ground test-bed testing was control system. Aiming at an aeroengine ground test-bed, control system was introduced bythe electrical system and real time monitoring system. The improved method of PLC control system was illustrated. The performance of the system not only simplifies the control structure, but also saves table resources and increases the safety and reliability of the test. The system has stable reliability, safety and application value.
