美国成人高等教育学生学费资助制度及其启示

美国是高等教育十分发达的国家,已经建立起较为完备的学生助学贷款制度,并且贷款额度大、贷款形式多样化、贷款对象多元化,不仅向成人高等教育学生开放,而且对在职就读的成人高等教育学生给予更大的优惠。我国的助学贷款制度尚未向成人高等教育学生开放,借鉴美国助学贷款制度的成功经验,探讨我国成人高等教育学生学费资助方式与途径,对于拓展我国成人高等教育经费来源,促进成人高等教育持续发展具有重要的现实意义。

The United States was one of the most developed countries in higher education and had es- tablished complete system of educational loan with the characteristics of high amount, diverse forms and objects. The loans had been provided to the students of adult higher education and the part - time students in America, and the latter could obtain more. However,China had not done the same. Studying successful experiences of the educational loan system of the United States could bring enlightenment and reference certainly to our country in expanding sources of funding and promoting the sustainable development of adult higher education.
